Terms of Service

Last updated 14 August 2026

These terms cover your use of the Interstellar launcher, its mods, and this website, all provided by Interstellar Software ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Who may use Interstellar

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use Interstellar only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

You must be 18 or over to buy a subscription. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must be the account holder for payment and must make the purchase themselves. Placing an order confirms that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

Accounts are created by signing in with Discord. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your Discord account secure. One account per person.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses other players, or attempts to circumvent payment. We may also limit or pause new free registrations at any time.

3. Subscriptions and payment

  • Interstellar Pro costs $11.99 USD per month and renews automatically until cancelled.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • VAT is added where required for customers in the EU and UK.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
  • Payments are non-refundable. See our refund policy.

If a payment fails we may retry it. If it keeps failing, Pro features stop and the account returns to the free tier.

4. What you may not do

  • Share, resell, redistribute or publish any part of the paid software, including the mod files themselves.
  • Circumvent, disable or reverse engineer the licence checks, or help anyone else do so.
  • Share your account with other people.
  • Use Interstellar to harass, impersonate or disrupt other players.
  • Use Interstellar in any way that breaks the rules or terms of Gorilla Tag, Steam, or Discord.

5. Third-party services and games

Interstellar is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Another Axiom LLC, Gorilla Tag, Valve, Discord, or any other third party.

Interstellar modifies Gorilla Tag on your own computer. Doing so may breach the terms of the game or its platform, and could result in action against your game account by those companies. You accept that risk, and we cannot restore or compensate for anything they do.

6. Availability

Interstellar relies on services we do not control, and on a game that updates frequently. A game update may break features until we release a fix. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and features may change or be withdrawn.

7. Liability

Interstellar is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss relating to your game account. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect, and continuing to use Interstellar afterwards means you accept them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], and disputes will be handled by its courts.
