Refund Policy

Interstellar Pro subscriptions are non-refundable, including partial months after a cancellation.
Why
Everything the launcher itself does is free and unlimited — the mod manager, clipping, your in-game friends list, themes and Discord presence. You can install Interstellar, use it for as long as you like, and decide whether it is for you without paying anything. The free tier is the trial.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund the last one. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account returns to the free tier with your friends and settings intact.
Where this does not apply
Some countries give consumers a statutory right to cancel a purchase, and that right overrides this policy. If you are in the UK or EU and it applies to you, contact us.
We will also refund a duplicate charge, or a charge taken after you cancelled. That is a mistake on our side, not a refund request.
Unauthorised charges
If a charge was made by someone in your household without permission — a child using a parent's card, for instance — email us before disputing it with your bank. We would rather sort it out directly, and usually can.
